[EA app] DA:I "Game already running" Error Message

Hi. I've been replaying Dragon Age Inquisition on Windows 11 through the EA app. We had a power outage while I was playing. When I try to open the game now, I get a message form EA that the game is already running. I tried uninstalling the game, I tried uninstalling the EA app, rebooting...nothing works.

Do you get an error message when you try to create the new Admin account?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I am having this problem with every game on the EA app. im getting really frustrated i never had this issue when it was origin.

I have tried every single solution i can find on EA help and nothing has helped. I even factory restored my computer it helped for me to play it last night but when i go to play it today it doesn't work. keeps showing game is already running.
