The Keep data is stored on separate servers from EA's cloud servers. These are two completely different systems.
EA app synchronises the cloud with your local hard drive every time you start the game.
So unless you got a message about a cloud data sync mismatch, the data in the cloud is a mirror of your local save folder, and if that is empty, there is no data in the cloud.
In short, if you don't have a local backup of your save files, there is nothing that can be done.

I understand that the keep data isnt the same, thats not the point, i was using it as an example that my data existed in some way.
I reinstalled Dragon Age Inquisition, my system has no save files, the cloud sync should see no files and download those saved files to my hard drive, it didn't, thats the issue.
That's the point of cloud syncs, you can fully reinstall windows or be on a different device without worrying about save files because the cloud should sync up and download.
I have the game on EA and Epic, I believe the servers are trying to pull my data from the Epic cloud instead of the EA cloud, even though I'm installing and playing through to EA App after deleting save folders and installing/reinstalling on multiple devices.

Dragon Age Inquistion is a Epic Games launcher title but it also now shows up under Dragon Age Inquistition game of the year edition if you click it from xbox app, and not the epic games launcher link, it does not sync the save game right, I may need to post this somewhere else too, not sure I am a newbe in this forum, but it any case, there a bug where the save game is not upload and when you relaunch it it seems to sync with a older save, since my process was undone, and now I have to go back and redo stuff if I keep playing the pc version, since I also own game of the year edition on my series x console, which is why the save game might be messed up now. I had unlocked the game pass 14 day trial for my xbox series x, otherwise I don't know if Dragon Age Inquisiton would show up under xbox app, but I also have had a cloud save problem, I don't know if its related to epic games store giving it away for free, since I unlock it there on my pc, but I also had this game already the game of the year edition unlocked as a series x title, but that game has process a lot more than my pc save, as far as I know they are not connected, but last time I tried to exit the save it failed to sync the cloud save, and my local save somehow got synced with old data, since I lost my process on the pc build of this game, this week.

Yeah, thats essentially what happened to mine, I got it when they gave it away on Epic Games and now it is my default, so all my old save data from the Origin/EA App is gone. I swear i had cloud data because i played through the game at launch and had 4-5 other playthroughs with the last one in 2020 and between the launch and 2020 i had gone through multiple PCs and i thought i was able to import the cloud saves on all my machines. but it's been a while so I dont really remember it all. I regret grabbing the game on Epic Games now. I was told by one of the customer service members that the saves on EA App and Epic are not stored in the same place, so when i got the game on the epic game store, I pretty much lost all my save data on EA. I even tried a new PC with no Epic or EA App installed, installed EA App only and installed DAI, same result, no save files. I guess ill just have to replay through.
