I played Jedi survivor yesterday on my study PC.
I loaded it up this morning on my lounge PC and it's a several hour older save.
Now I'm jumping back and forth trying to get it to update.

Well, after talking with support multiple times on this matter. Apparently they didn't have cloud saves for DAI through Origin which is when most people played DAI, and if they do now in the EA App, they didn't when i played last. Which is just crazy because if I were to have played the game through Steam or Epic, they would have been saved. I'll never buy a game through the EA App again knowing this, my data is much safer on other platforms. If they are going to take years to implement a standard service such as cloud saves on a main title of theirs, it just shows how little they care about the customer.
Do they realize that if people buy the game through other store fronts, that they lose a % of that sale to the store front? EA needs to offer the same or better services that those store fronts (like Steam and Epic) offer to get people to buy through the EA App and get a higher % return.
Just me venting, I'm over it now.
Also, RuairidhMaggs, if you still have the old save file on a different computer, you can move it over with physical media like a flash drive, I had to do that all the time with Borderlands since their servers didn't sync up very well.
