[EA app] DA:I Something Went Wrong. Try again later Error

I am trying to redownload DA:I but when it comes to the dlc I get "Something went wrong please try again later" Does anyone know how to fix I reinstalled EA App, uninstalled the game again and tried that and deleted temp data but nothing works
