- Right click on the clock in the bottom right corner.
- Click "Adjust Date/Time"
- Make sure "Set Time Automatically" is activated.
- Under "Additional Settings" > click on the "Sync Now" button to re-sync your clock.
- Make sure that settings under "Language and Region" are correct.
- Restart your PC > Test.

Thank you! I actually saw and tried this last night with no success. Is there any other known method to fix this? If not I suppose I’ll try again here soon!

Please try manually setting your PC's clock back to yesterday, and if that doesn't work, try the previous week.

Neither of these have worked for me so far. It's keeping me from playing other games as well, such as Fallout New Vegas.
I'm really at a loss! Not sure what I could be doing wrong.

1. Create a new Windows user account (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table
2. Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
3.Test.
