Hi,
I have DAO ultimate edition on the EA app and can't launch it at all. I click on the launch button and the little window with Morrigan appears and then it disappears and it's back to the EA app.
I tried to repair, to deactivate the antivirus, to uninstall the game and the EA app and reinstall it.
I'm sad to not be able to play it, so if anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Download the newest NVIDIA and Intel Graphic drivers from the Acer product page of your Laptop.
Download DDU:
Install the graphic driver this way:
• run DDU > save mode > NVIDIA Software and Drivers > Clean and Restart.
• run DDU > save mode > Intel Software and Drivers > Clean and Restart.
• shut down any not necessary programs in the background including the real time scanner of your anti-virus software.
• shut down any and all system monitoring programs and any overlooking tools you might have.
• Run the installation EXE of the Intel driver. > Reboot.
• Run the installation EXE if the NVIDIA driver.
• Reboot > Test.
I had same issue.
It looks like a DLL that belongs to Bitdefender is crashing the game. Deactivate or uninstall Bitdefender and test.
