@EA_Shepard Hi ! I'm facing the same problem so I think I can answer on his behalf ^^
I, personally, played a Steam version. I recently bought DLCs on EAapp and this problem showed up. So I thought maybe it is caused by the used version? So I swapped into EA version but the situation remains the same ...
I (I suppose we) don't see contents installed in "Downloadable content", and nothing in the in-game location either, even though I can see them intalled in my EA library.
I hope you understood our problem and can help us !!
Edit: I forgot to mention that I can log in my EA account without problem
Same issue here!
I use the EA app.
I can see the DLC’s in my EA downloads and in the game however, in game it says “unauthorised 1.0”.

This is a pretty old error. It typically comes down to one of the following reasons
Bad install of DLC (happens quite often)
You had EA Play and it expired
Someone else logged in and downloaded the DLCYour account isn't entitled to own that DLC
Without looking at the account, it could be any of these. You can test this out and typically resolve it on your end.
- Go to C:\Program Files\EA Games (Or your respective install location)
- Delete ALL DLC folders.
- I also delete the metadata folder too
Log back into the EA app or Steam, repair the game first, then install the DLC. Once you log in, it will show you which ones you own on that account. At which point just install them over again and log in and it should show up in the game. Im downloading it now to test it out.

@Pragmaticpoet Wanted to follow up on this one with you. I am afraid that contacting Microsoft would not resolve this as it isn't a Microsoft issue.

Nope. Tried what you wrote 4 times and… nothing. Let’s face it, it’s EA… nothing works right. Lol

Actually, it's an account-based issue, not "EA." How and when you owned the game or content depended on whether or when the game was updated for players who owned or purchased a code from a third party. The publishers themselves are not to blame for the way games and DLC work on an account. Currently. This is what we are currently checking on as some players were not eligible for the update that happen a couple years ago and some were. In most cases, if it isn't there, it isn't supposed to be and you may have to buy the edition that has the content.
