[EA app] Dragon Age 2 DLC Not Accessible After Download

I downloaded dragon age 2 ultimate edition to replay and get a chance to experience the dlc content i missed out on but for some reason I don't have access in game i have uninstalled and reinstalled ...

    @Pragmaticpoet Wanted to follow up on this one with you. I am afraid that contacting Microsoft would not resolve this as it isn't a Microsoft issue.

I'm having this same issue. I'm autistic and bedridden. Please help. I contacted EA and they told me to contact windows... (removed)? Please help.
