[EA app] Dragon Age Inquisition Not Launching

Dragon Age: Inquistion does not launch or boot.

When attempting to launch the game on Steam it will act as if it's going to -- pop up EA loading, then again act like it's going to, only to close and return me to EA App.

I have tried the following troubleshooting:

- Closing other things as directed. [just closes EA App itself, still doesn't run]
- Installing on SSD & Hard-Drive {Both EA & DAI}
- Uninstalling and Reinstalling both EA and DAI too many times to count
- Going through and deleting all files associated to Origin, EA, or DAI.
- Origin even old versions do not function or work for DAI. [at least for me]
- Checking if I have some programs that block or whatever -- I don't.
- Whitelisted the Game
- Restarting my PC
- Updating my PC
- Repairing both App & Game
- Running the App as Admin
- Giving the App special Perms
- Attempted to use Frosty [It gets halfway then gets stuck]
- Disabling EA overlay
- Updating the Launcher
- Linking & Unlinking account to steam.
