I apologise for the late answer, the thread escaped my notifications.
Did you played DAi on a other system before?
If so, are there save files in the "Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save" folder downloaded by the EA cloud service?
If so move the entire "Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age Inquisition" folder to your desktop > Test the game.
If that don't helps, delete the "DragonAgeInquisition.exe" from the DAi game folder and repair the game > Test.
