[EA app] Dragon Age Inquisition wont launch

Trying to play Dragonage Inquisition after a long time. Previously I played it using Origin client but now since its been migrated to EA app I am unable to launch it.
I am running the game on same PC as I used to play on few years ago. Nothing has changed but still it wont launch. One difference is I got an SSD now but that shouldn't matter I believe.

Followed all community guidelines but no success.

Gave administrator privilege's

Disabled Norton antivirus etc

found and manually deleted all Origin related saved games and any files I could find. Cloud sync brings them all back even when I delete them from my PC

Drivers are far more updated then when I originally used to play DAI before on this same PC so that shouldnt be an issue.

Installed VCC C++ manually from DAI folder

Repaired DAI game files. Installed them in same folder as EA app

Reinstalled EA app and DAI game again a few times after fresh download

Since I am running the game on same PC as it used to when using Origin app even though many years ago so PC specs shouldnt be an issue

Made a bug report through EA app help reporter but no response

I dont care about my previous playthrough I was planning to restarting new character anyways however the game doesnt launch at all.

It just says Preparing game and loads some then just returns back to EA app. The DAI game icon appears for a second in Task manager running applications and then is gone instantly.

Please advise. Attaching DxDiag anyways. Its a very old game and run on same PC as before so dont know what the issue is.

The advice given so far is very questionable. You really think a Windows issue is preventing DAI from launching?... Yes, that's probably it, everything in Steam works, all of my independently-installed games work and my latent Windows OS errors are preventing only DAI from launching while everything else is fine.
The EA launcher interferes with the proper launching of the game. The EA launcher is awful and EA is too stubborn to remove it, plus they're not fixing this launching issue that plagues so many people.
Is there a way to launch the game without the EA launcher? I think that'd fix the problem. How do I do that?

Hey have you had any success yet? I'm in the same boat. Purchased on Steam, EA App triggers "Preparing Game", it attempts to launch game and then reopens EA App as if the game was closed out. There's a communication error from the EA app to the .exe that seems to not be working.
