[EA app] Dragon Age Origins Crashing

I just downloaded Dragon Age Origins from the EA app on PC. I'm playing the female city elf origin and it crashes the second I try to leave the house. I'm already playing on the lowest graphical settings and I don't have any mods installed. I do have a bunch of the DLC, but I don't think that should interfere with crashes. I also applied the LAA patch and updated my computer. I'm kind of lost on what to do next to be able to play this game. I attached a DxDiag file if that helps.

    Your DxDiag file shows Dragon Age crashes related to a Windows registry file called dxilconv.dll.

    We've encountered this issue before on this forum, and each time it happened to players who attempted to play the game on Intel graphics. Keep in mind that your Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics are not officially supported, though it might end up working.

    The first thing you should try is a using the Windows system files checker. Instructions here.

    Beside that, you could check out this similar thread of someone who experienced crashes on Intel UHD graphics.

    Unfortunately I’m still having the same issue. I think my graphics card is just incompatible with the game.  I was able to get out of the first house but crashed soon after. I just moved onto my Xbox to be able to play the game. Thanks for following up!
