Just noticed the same thing with my Origins. All my other Dragon Age games are intact but Origins has been completely wiped, even though all are currently installed. I've played fully through at least twice, including DLCs. I've never had any other EA/Origin account associated with this PC so it's not that (though I can't even figure out where to see purchases anymore). I haven't attempted to launch the game and was only looking to compare play times but yikes. Dragon Age Keep still has all my Origins achievements so I have no idea what went wrong but this is pretty egregious for a gaming platform.
Looks like it also reset my played time in Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 (both not currently installed) and Mass Effect Legendary Edition (which is installed). Mass Effect 3 and Andromeda are still intact.
