Community Manager@Elwi8 Saves are local. Your save files should be in \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Characters unless you moved them or deleted them. We have no way to recover that.
As for you time in the game, sadly there is not a revert for that. Support cannot assist with this issue I am afraid. Normally that is an issue with the wrong account being logged in. If all your purchases are showing up in the purchase history on your profile on EA.com, then you can at least rule out the wrong account.
As for saves, is something happens, it would ask you if you want to use local or cloud. If it does not, and you cannot locate your saves on your PC, you will have to start over. The data itself being wiped like achievements we have to report as a bug. There is not a way to grant that back.
