I am currently playing Dragon age Origins and the add on Witch Hunt. I have been playing for a while and it will sometimes kick me off the game and back to EA. But Now I can only load the game and as soon as it starts it kicks me back to EA.
Is this a software issue and or an issue with EA?
Any suggestions on a fix

To be clear: Is this when the game first starts up, or when you load your save file? If it's the latter, can you load different save files?
The first thing to try is to repair the game. Right click the game in EA app, then click on the repair option. This will check for corrupt files and attempt to fix them.
This same thing happens to me now, I got into the Cadash Taig, and then all of a sudden the game crashed and won't load any saves. I tried repairing the game, and it didn't work. Then I deleted the character and made a new one and it seems every time I make it to the taig, the game crashes and then won't let me load any of the previous saves for that character. The other DLCs work, and I can load saves in the base game and awakening but not witch hunt.
Do you use Mods?
did you install the 4 gigabyte patch?

I haven't used mods for my dragon age games, otherwise I would have assumed it was that.
And I am on the EA app, my dlcs originally came from the ultimate edition disk, at this point they are just connected to my EA account and I don't need the disk to download them anymore, would I still need this patch?
