Yes I still have the issue described above. Honestly I kinda gave up.
I think I lost my save files. It keeps prompting me to "New Game".I have few doubts:
- Since I played this game 6 months ago maybe I turned off cloud save myself? So that when I changed my PC I lost the save files?
But from my understanding EA App cloud saves by default and you can't turn off/on this option. Atleast, I am not able to find this option right now.
- Maybe I have some configuration issue? I tried following what @holger1405 said, but I don't have much data inside the BioWare folder in Documents. Is it because I downloaded the game from Steam?
If you can help me recover my save files I would be happy! If not it's fine anyway, as I said I already gave up few days ago lol.- holger14052 years agoHero+

No, the folder is the same for both installations.
Can you provide a screenshot of the folder content?Did you tried to run EA app as administrator?

Yes, I tried launching the game as administrator, nothing changes.
You can see attached the files inside the BioWare folder.
