EA Desktop saying I don't own Dragon Age Inquisition

Origin recently forced me to use EA trashtop and since then its been acting like I don't own Dragon Age Inquisition. My 70+ playthrough this week was completely destroyed because of this.

I forget how long i've had the game but it now won't acknowledge I have a legal copy of the game.

@Siqsa187 To confirm it looks like the game is downloading from your screenshot, do you see anything in the download manager area in the bottom left of EA App?

I've tried reinstalling it afew times and it appears I can install it. I set the same to not run as admin and it seems to run fine now but the 'Purchase the game'. It seems to run fine now besides that one thing on the menu
