"EA Installer Touchup has stopped working", repair gets stuck

If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer and check the Properties of touchup.exe, is it running in a Compatibility mode? If not, try using Windows 7 compatibility mode. If it is in a compatibility mode, try unticking the box.

C:\Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer & i set it to Compatibility mode win 7 last time this happened & today it happened again despite that, last time it happened it was 20.01.2015, it was not in compatibility mode before
