Enemies won't spawn, event's won't trigger.

Is this on PC? If so, right click the game in Origin and click 'repair game'. See if that fixes anything.

I've tried that, sorry I should have mentioned.

Sorry to see no one came back to you about that situation.

I'm not familiar with this issue. Can you try lowering the graphics to minimum to see if helps at all. Also, if you have mods disable them just in case they are messing with your game.

No luck so far, I've been really busy lately but I have tried all proposed solutions and nothing.

I made it really far into the game but now I want to finish the game, any help would be appreciated.

Would you mind posting a DxDiag @commandosteezy? We might spot something that could explain why this is happening.

@commandosteezy I gather from your original post that there was a time when the game ran without issues, so when you post your dxdiag as EA_Zoe suggests, perhaps you can point out any changes you've made since the game last ran without issues (such as driver updates, windows updates, change of OS, new hardware, etc). Might give us some more info to go on, if you can remember. 😉 

Also, if you are using mods, make sure you remove your mod folder before doing a repair in Origin to avoid any potential weirdness. 😛 You can always put it back later, if it's been ruled out as the cause of your problems.
