Enhanced Mighty Blow ring bug?

My warrior Inquisitor has two "Enhanced Mighty Blow" rings, (+30% to ability damage). Whether he's wearing one of them, two of them, or none of them, the tool-tip for Mighty Blow still states the exact same damage.

Cassandra has a similar ring for Shield Bash, (+30% to ability damage), but her shield bash tool-tip does show an increase in damage with the ring equipped.

So, either the Enhanced Mighty Blow rings aren't working, or their effects aren't reflected on my Inquisitor's tool-tip for some reason. I really have no way of knowing if these rings work at all.

i was really confused about this to, till i realized that the rings do work as intended. The reason why you cant see the increased damage (from the ring) on your character sheet is because you have to prior to entering the character screen have the character with the ring equipped marked as your controlled character for it to show up. If you dont, you wont see the benefit of the ring(s) equipped. Dont fret too much about it though. Even if you can only see the effects if you control the character prior to entering the character screen the effects are still there in battle.

I have tested this throughly and this seems to be the case for every ring equipped. Your companions will benefit from the rings even if you cant see the effect while scrolling through your characters in the character sheet window.

My only concerns is about Enhanced Winters Grasp Ring (this might be a problem for other rings aswell, but i have only seen this problem for winters grasp). Through my gameplay i have come across this ring twice, but each with its own stat increase. One increase duration, while the other increase damage. And while equipped the only benefit is increased duration. The ring that increase damage doesnt change my damage for winters grasp at all. On any mage. This is most obviously a glitch. And my only conclusion is that every ring can only drop as EITHER duration bonus or damage bonus. NOT as both. I would love to be proven wrong though!

And if anyone wonders - No rings that i have found so far do stack. You cant equip two rings of the same type to gain a huge bonus to damage. I wish you could though... (full draw - im looking at you..)
