I got the game for free on Epic to try it out but it doesnt start, the launcher says "Running" but no window or anything opens, Task manager doesnt seem to detect anything. I cant believe that im actually asking for this, but how do i start the game?
Community Manager@mitsakosLs If your Epic account is connected to the correct EA account when you launch the game from Epic, the EA app should just open and start the game as the game will still use this app.
When you launch the game from Epic, does the EA app pull up at all or does it not load?
Yes I have only one EA account and is linked with Epic account. When I press the game to start, open the Epic app and after EA app and didn't happen. A

There are several Edge update errors as well as AlienwareCommandCenter crashes listed in the DxDiag.
1. Hit Windows key and X.
2. Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
3. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
4. If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
5. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/Razor software is disable or deinstalled.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC

There are also crashes of "TiWorker.exe", a essential windows update component.
Furthermore it seems that you use a Windows 11 version that is from the Dev pre release Channel.
This version are still not fully stable and I would suggest to get back to the current stable version of Windows 11, but at least to preform a repair installation of the current build.
