@mitsakosLs If your Epic account is connected to the correct EA account when you launch the game from Epic, the EA app should just open and start the game as the game will still use this app.
When you launch the game from Epic, does the EA app pull up at all or does it not load?
Yes I have only one EA account and is linked with Epic account. When I press the game to start, open the Epic app and after EA app and didn't happen. A

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
- Sounds like the app is launching but the game fails to open, just as my case. To verify maybe you can directly open the EA app with your EA account and see if you can open the game there, receive an error message or an infinite "launching the game"...

There are several Edge update errors as well as AlienwareCommandCenter crashes listed in the DxDiag.
1. Hit Windows key and X.
2. Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)", whichever option is offered.
3. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
4. If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
5. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
6. The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
7. After it reaches 100% reaped steps 1 & 2
8. Inside PowerShell, CMD or Terminal enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes > ENTER.
10. Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here. Hey men i did all the steps and in the end say this
"Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Please preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
In clean boot:
- Make sure the "EABackgroundService" remains enabled under point 3 in the guide.
- Make sure your virus scanner and other security software and also Afterburner and similar software is disabled.
- Make sure any CORSAIR/Razor software is disable or deinstalled.
- Make sure only your Mouse and keyboard are connected to the PC Hi again mate. I did exactly what you told me but nothing hapened. Same thinks

There are also crashes of "TiWorker.exe", a essential windows update component.
Furthermore it seems that you use a Windows 11 version that is from the Dev pre release Channel.
This version are still not fully stable and I would suggest to get back to the current stable version of Windows 11, but at least to preform a repair installation of the current build.
