Error -4:503 While Downloading Battlefield 3

When I attempt to download Dragon Age Inquisition I would get a -4:503 error after a while. Now I get an INSTANT -4:503 error. No other game I attempt to download does this.

This is beyond infuriating.

Please help.

    The downloads for this patch seem to have some server troubles. Try enabling Safe Mode Downloading:
