Error initializing PhysX

PhysX is a utility for the graphics that EA / Bioware pay fees to include. The fees go to nVIDIA. You need the PhysX that Dragon Age recognizes, and you must go to nVIDIA to get it, if Steam fell down on the job.
I did get the latest driver from nvidia - http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.1220-driver.html but it didnt fix the problem.
