This issue seems to stem from the update to1.05, as it's not one I had before. If so, I fear that this issue will have to be resolved by Bioware.

The 1.05 patch addressed some registry-related DLC authorization issues and problems encountered for players with DX-10 video cards. So unlikely to be the cause of this...

I have DX-11, and did not have any issues before installing the patch. It messed up Origins, as well, but I managed to get it functioning again on my own. I had to download the DLC I've purchased, via my Bioware account, and install them manually; after the patch, they stopped working properly.
