Error:196613:200 Dragon age inquisition doesn't download at all

I have been having issues downloading the game, Actually every one of my origin games don't download any more and freeze for a while until they finally display the error code  196613:200

The weird thing is origin was working just fine a month ago and I was able to download titanfall just fine.

I've already tried turning the router off and back on, uninstalling and re installing origin, flushing the dns, lowered our security settings to very low, added the game to the norton firewall exception.

What else am I missing or not doing to make it work? Please help 🙂

    Hello sir , sorry for your problem I will give you some basic fix tips.

    1. Make sure your origin client is fully updated.

    2. Re-install origin

    3. Make sure your anti virus and firewall don't block origin

    4. Now with this follow instructions . First hold windows key+r then type msconfig and click ok. Now it will open up a window with tabs. You wana click startup and then disable on ( when you disable all only enable ones you need like antivirus and stuff.) Restart your pc and try download.

    If none of above helped please contact ea live support :

    1. go to this link : http://help.ea.com/en/

    2. click on "Help with a game"

    3. choose your game

    4. scrool down to the end of page and click CONTACT US

    5. click new case

    6. select your platform

    7. for topic choose "Gameplay/In-game"

    8. on live chat click"Chat now"

    9. Explain your issue to game advisor and he will guide your further.

La solucion es la siguiente: Entrar en MODO SEGURO HABILITANDO LAS OPCIONES DE RED ENTRAR EN LOS NAVEGADORES SEA INTERNET EXPLORER / MOZILLA / CHROME DESHABILITAR CONEXIONES PROXY (SE HABILITAN AL CONECTARSE A ORIGIN POR PRIMERA VEZ) DESCARGAR ORIGIN, SI LO TIENES YA INSTALADO BORRALO CON (IOBIT, REGISTRO INCLUIDO) INSTALA DESDE CERO Y VERAS COMO FUNCIONA.... EMPIEZA LA DESCARGA DEL JUEGO TANTO EN MODO SEGURO / COMO INICIO NORMAL A MI ME A FUNCIONADO CON TITANFALL

    That is usually fixed by doing the following:

    Go into the Windows Control Panel

    Internet options

    Connection tab

    LAN settings

    Uncheck "use a proxy server for your LAN". then click APPLY then, Click OK.

    Reboot your computer, restart Origin, Log in and see if it's working now.
