Evading the Crows Stuck

The War Table operation--Evading the Crows is stuck "in Progress" for some time now (in the matter of days), there is no timer, However, I am free to use Cullen (the agent I deployed to that operation) for other operations. The operation is animated on the war table as other in-progress missions. I tried to adjust my PC date and time 10 years forward, but it didnt fix the mission. I cant load a previous save, I noticed that a bit later, and I would have to replay days of gameplay. Is there any other way to fix that?
