Exalted Plains missing one Region. 20/21 Regions :(

As per the title there is this one Region I can't find for the life of me in The Exalted Plains. These are the regions I have found insofar > 1.Crow Fen 2. Enavuris 3. Fort Revasan 4. Riel 5. E...

The problem was soved. Download patch 3 for the game. Then go to Exalted Plains to the dalish camp. The quest with the regions will be completed.

I know I'm a lil'late to the Party, but im still unable to reach this northern region in Exalted Plans. I unlocked the Bear Hand local, I've done the gryphs and a Gods of Seeker or whatever it's called quest --- I literally can not figure out how to access this northern region. I've got two rifts to close and the Casandra Quest there still left to complete, unfinished business
