Extra Regeneration Potions/Grenades now Disappearing (version 1.0.0.7)

I see this used to be a problem that was fixed by versions 1.0.0.3 and .4 -- if I leave the game with a full collection of potions, when I come back one is missing each from regeneration and grenades...

I've been experiencing this too, and usually it's if you got a potion +1 equipped to that character before long that extra potion disappears, but there also seems to be a glitch with the secondary potion slot (the one you unlock) for some of your companions they can only have 3 or 4 secondary potions when I'm sure the minimum is 5.

Glad I'm not the only one -- I haven't seen any other reports of this, though I haven't looked all that hard, either. Hopefully someone is paying attention and this will be fixed soon.
