Community Admin@KenjaKid Hey there, just to add another layer if Basti's answer doesn't fix the issue. This message can also be a bit misleading, and actually indicitive of a resolution issue.
Fortunately it should be easy enough to resolve. Go to your Dragon Age folder and open the DAOriginsConfig.exe. Adjust your video settings so they match your monitor and you should be good to go.
