Failed to detect supported video card

I realize that this problem has occurred multiple times, and that the general solution is to change the resolution to fit the monitor. however i have tried this numerous times and it still doesn't wo...

@Thelegendofaweso; Right. Well...the first thing I noticed was that your DXdiag shows you have both a GTX 1050 and an Intel(R) HD Graphics 630 GPU. So use the nVidia control panel to ensure that you're forcing the use of the GTX 1050. An Intel integrated graphics chip is nowhere near powerful enough for serious gaming, and from the error message it appears that's the one the installation routine is detecting.

A second thing I noticed was that you have a Logitech gaming headset. Certain utility programs for peripherals, (like Razer's Synapse for keyboards) are known to cause the game to fail to launch. I've heard reports that Logtitech's headset software is one of those. So if you get the installation problem resolved but the game still won't launch and those headphones came with their own program, I'd uninstall that and try again.

  That seems to have worked. no idea why it was using the Intel card, since the first time i launched it on this computer it worked just fine, but in any case, thanks for helping me out.

    Just an FYI...Microsoft loves playing around with settings behind your back on updates. I have seen on multiple occasions where the OP system updates and games stop working only to find that the Intel card was set as default, and required going back into setting for either the power settings or Nvidia/AMD control panels and setting it to default for all games and certain game in particular. So it may have been an older game issue, OR it may have been an system update causing issues. If you have any other games giving issues, or running slow, you may want to look into this for them as well.
