Fallow Mire 4th Beacon quest broken

I am unable to light the 4th Beacon for the Beacons in the Dark quest in the Fallow Mire for PS4. During one of my attempts, I lit the beacon and then ended up dying after the wave of demons come. After attempting again, the beacon won't light anymore.

Is there a solution for this or just a bug that needs to be fixed?

Have you tried doing a save/load infront of the beacon and then attempting to light it again?

unfortunately i have the same problem, but i have hours of game play before i noticed it.
