Feel like kind of an idiot asking this but - Why can't I level up? (PC)

So the game tells me to hit "p" to level my character up..and on the level up screen it states, "Some features are currently unavailable"..then a few moments later, the text is gone, but I still can'...

I'm having this problem as well. It started when I began a second character and I have realized it is because my weapon will not be sheathed. Try saving quitting and reloading.. This is total bs.

No need to reload the game! The last command in the skill bar (the one that looks like a sight with four arrows) is the 'disengage' command. Everyone, yourself included, will sheathe their weapons when the command is issued.
