"Find A missing key quest" BUG

Hello I don't know if this issue has been brought to the attention of any developers. The "Find A Missing Key " quest keeps appearing on the screen long after the quest was over. I have looked every where for a fix but only found further frustrated gamers quiting the game over such an EXTREMELY annoying issue.
Gamers who have been posting about this for months. So I was wondering if it's that the crew doesn't know or ignoring it or is being worked on? A response would be very much appreciated.
