Flemeth's Real Grimroire Issues

I'm having a rather frustrating problem with Morrigan's quest. Whenever I go to Flemeth's hut, Morrigan and Alistair are there, regardless of my party makeup, and Flemeth never appears.

Even if I make sure Morrigan isn't selected on the party selection screen, she shows up. If I use a 'select party anywhere' mod to get rid of her, I have to re-enter Flemeth's hut to try and get the quest to trigger - and Morrigan is there again. I've even used the console to remove her from showing up entirely, but then Flemeth just...doesn't spawn.

It's getting a little annoying, and I'd really like a solution to this as soon as possible. As far as my googling has gone, nobody's had this same issue, so I'm at a loss of what to do.
