Flickering Green overlay on PC

Getting a flickering green overlay over the screen when starting up the game in fullscreen mode. All setting are maxed out, with the exception of MXAA. I'm using 2 GeForce 960s with SLI with an Intel...

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and that appears to have fixed the problem.

Flatly, no. I have the latest Nvidia drivers, and this is the only game this is happening in. The issue must be in starting the game, since fullscreen works just fine if the game starts in Windowed fullscreen. If it was a driver conflict, then all of my games would be affected, and they aren't.
