Are you ever going to fix the Promoting Barris In The Throne Room Quest?

@carodwen Some players have found changing the throne in the throne room can help with this bug (the default Inquisition throne tends to be a safe option), or sometimes cause it. Also, as @DarkAmaranth1966 said, you may need someone else to judge for it to trigger.
