Hmm, that CPU is technically below spec - a quad-core 2.0 GHz is the listed minimum - which could be a factor in the stuttering. If you have any overclocking, please disable it. Restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and only running the game (and Origin ofc) might help.
The link you give is broken, btw, you might want to update it.
The link works fine for me.. double checked.
Anyway my pc doesn't have overcloaking. It has Turbo boosting wich is like overcloaking just the system does this automatically. and it turbo boosting my cpu from 1.8 ghz per core to ~3.0 ghz per core (2.77 ghz most of the time according to my task manager).
So I meet the lowspec.

Perhaps this is part of the issue. If you disable the "turbo boost" the stuttering might be lessened?
And the link doesn't work for me, curious. Probably a VPN issue on my end. Not for you to worry about anyway. 🙂- Anonymous11 years ago
Do you know how to disable it?

I'm not familiar with the technology myself, but what I found online suggests that changing power settings to lower than 100% maximum performance may help. That could lead to issues with using your 750m, but hopefully not.
Again, since you're below spec this might not resolve the issues, but it's worth a try. Also, if you haven't already, it might be worth checking for any updates on from intel: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/processors/corei7dt
