Full screen windowed mode doesn't fit properly

I have fullscreen window mode on at 1920x1080 which is my native resolution, i can play the game fine, but the game window doesnt fit right, the border is slightly off and the clearish border around the game is on the edge of my screen, if i hover my mouse to the edge, it will show my desktop mouse, its not a huge problem but its very annoying to see that and whenever i click the edges it doesnt do anything because its the window border and not inside the game

forgot to mention im dual sli 760, latest geforce drivers, i7-4970k, games installed in secondary ssd meant for games
