FYI: Unlock 4th core to solve Black Screen Problem (AMD Phenom II X3 720)

Greetings,

as many other people I suffered from the infamous black screen bug. After I read that this mostly affects people with 2 or 3 core processors, I 'rembered' that I could unlock a 4th core of my AMD Phenom II X3 720. I did just that and it worked! So for all the people out there who want to try the same, here is an overview of the needed hardware and such:

Of course there is a risk that this may fry your processor/mainboard, so be warned!
