So i bought dragon age inquisition key from G2A. The key was already used, so i contacted G2A support. They said that in order for me to get a refund or a new key i need to contact origin support and ask them WHEN the key was activated so they knew that it wasnt me who activated it. So i need to know when my key was activated, can origin support provide such info?

Yes, a support guy. Not sure about a ticket system. In Origin click on the help tab, origin help, and scroll to the bottom of the page.
