Having same problem, I also noticed the name change on the door. Bioware needs to fix this.

WORST CASE SCENARIO, I almost lost 70 hours but noticed a save in the cloud that wasn't in the game. I downloaded that and only lost like 6 hours. Check the cloud!!!!!!
