Game Breaking: Here Lies the Abyss, cannot progress [CRASH]

Not that this will come as any great surprise to anyone, so this is mostly just for venting and/or notification on the miniscule chance anybody from BioWare is scanning through the thousands of posts...

I am also on PC, and I cannot even access the quest at all. When I go to the war board and watch the cutscene, that's all fine, but as soon as I try to start the quest, my computer just completely crashes.
