jamovich - are you using multiple monitors, too? I'm running 3 x 27" @ 5760x1080, but on a hunch I changed the resolution all the way down to 1920x1080 in game and managed to wander around inside the cabin and even collect my deluxe items. I then attempted to put it back up to my 5760x1080 and it locked my entire system to the point I had to do a hard restart.
I noticed in your DXDiag that you have a Titan as well, a curious : did you update to the latest driver via NVIDIA GeForce Experiance program, too? I'm using the GeForce Game Ready Driver v.344.65

Yes I am using multiple monitors. I also just updated to the latest Geforce driver (344.75). That has not helped. So obviously it is a problem with the multiple monitor resolution from Bioware's side.
hope they fix it soon. I will only play once they do that...want to experience the game in all its glory.
Confirmed it is a multimonitor problem. Game runs fine at 1920X1080. But they better fix this soon.
It seems to only be that one room for me - once outside of that cabin, I switched back to my multiple monitor set-up and have been using all three since with no problems.
No not for me. I stepped outside the cabin and reenabled NVIDIA surround and when loading the save game (which I saved outside the cabin) causes an immediate crash to desktop
