Game either crashing or freezing during loading screen just before Kirkwall
So recently I picked up Dragon age 2 again with some of the DLCs: (exiled prince, Mark of the assassin, promotional pack, blood dragon armour, ser issac's armour and the high res texture pack)
And now everytime I play a new game the game will freeze during the loading screen that's just before you go to kirkwall. I reinstalled the game but then instead it crashes after freezing now.
I'm not sure if this problem is because of the DLCs or some other issue but it has never happened before and it doesn't occur with any of my other games (I've checked) Others have had this problem but there's no answer online.
I use origin and mine's a digital copy.
My computer has a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz and has a RAM of 8.00GB, x64-based processor and a 64-bit operating system.
If someone could please provide me with an answer or link me to one I would be very grateful!
