These screenshots help, but they aren't exactly what I'm looking for. Can you try following the steps in the post I made above so I can see your DxDiag in a text format? It will help me determine if you need a driver update or if anything looks strange hardware-wise.

So everything looks pretty good here. There may be an update available for your video card however. Try updating your drivers and see if anything seems to improve.
I would also look into running a clean boot and disabling OIG:SpoilerClean boot:

Disabling OIG
1. Click on the word 'Origin' in the upper left corner of the application.
2. Select 'Application Settings'
3. Click 'Origin In Game'
4. Uncheck the box labelled 'Enable Origin In Game'
5. Relog into Origin to apply the change

OIG was disabled,my drivers were updated,i did a clean boot but still the same problem.Game froze after few mins and i had to force reboot the pc.
