Game Graphics

How do I get rid of the glossy look in the game? It makes me feel like I am playing with plastic or metallic people. The hair and moustache etc. are just so glossy it makes the game terrible. Is the...

    Turn up your mesh quality under the graphics options.

As far as I know its the texture or mesh option.  I think it needs to be on Ultra or higher to look realistic at all.
