Game ownership disabled or deleted

I recently downloaded dragon age origins, but for some reason, when I click the play button I get the error message saying "game ownership disabled or deleted".
I try to reinstall both the game and ea app but the problem persists and I also clear the cache couple of times.
I don't have this problem in other games. What should I do ?

    Quick update
    Support contacted me today via email and said that they have adjusted the game on their end. Now, I can launch the game without any problem.

    Hey @D21Becks,

    This could happen if you used to have the game through a subscription such as EA Play and the subscription has expired. What you can do is try to completely uninstall the game, clear cache on EA App, and try installing it again. If this doesn't solve the issue then please contact EA Help Support as they will need to take a look at your account.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have already tried your advice but the result is always the same. I have one more problem; I can't reach live support anymore. For some reason there is no live chat option anymore. I try on different browser, even different device but can't see the chat with us option.

    @D21Becks

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"

    You also could try EAs Support on Twitter or on Facebook.

    Thanks, I was able to reach the support but my issue has not resolved. Support confirmed that I own the game. However, there are copies of the game that have been disabled due to my past subscription ending(I don't know why this effect my access to the game). I uninstall and install both the game and ea app, cleared cache, also deleted all ea, electronic arts and dragon age files from program files and documents. Sadly nothing helped.
    " I will be forwarding this case to the team that will investigate further. Also, I encourage you to post this issue on the Forums, so that the Mods can know that this issue persists." This was the last response I got. ☹️
