Game running in task manager, but won't open so that I can play it

Hi, just like the title says. When I launch the game, I get the syncing saves message, that process seems to go fine, then nothing else happens, even though the game's exe shows in the task manager. Thanks to anyone who can offer a fix/suggestion!!

UPDATE: I fixed it. I right clicked on the game in Origin and selected repair game. Turns out the game needed a repair. It reinstalled Flame of the Inquisition weapons (or some similar title), and now the game launches properly. Hope this helps someone else!
