When you have a chance can you try running the Reset Origin tool to see if that helps? If there's an issue with the Origin client itself that may fix the problem. For more info on how to run the tool check out the EA Help website.

Thanks for giving it a shot!
Would you mind clearing out the Origin cache as well to see if that helps? If there's an issue with the cached data for the client that may fix this. For more info on how to clear it check out the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance.

I've just downloaded DAII on my Mac, and I'm running into the same problem as OP. I've tried the Reset Method along with clearing the cache, but unfortunately neither seem to do the trick. Do you have any other recommendations on resolving this issue?
