Game won't launch (new)

I was able to play Dragon Age Inquisition multiplayer until just now and then I suddenly had a black screen. I had to close the game using the task manager.
I repaired Dragon Age Inquisition and reinstalled it. I closed the EAapp and cleared the cache. Reinstalled it too.
But nothing works. The game no longer starts.
In the task manager, I always see the application "UIActivation.exe" appear briefly at startup, which disappears as soon as the EAapp window opens again.

    Hey @Dukemon11,

When this issue occurs with DA:Inquisition it's usually due to Windows Defender or any other Anti Virus software blocking it. I would suggest adding them to the exception list as this fixed the problem for others in this post

Do you currently have any anti-virus installed? If yes, can you try temporarily disabling the Anti-virus just to be sure this isn't being blocked by the software.

No, sorry. I am not using any anti-virus. Windows Defender only.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I was able to chat to EA support and they showed me a message from EAHelp on Twitter on the 22nd where they reported that there are known to be some launch issues with several users. They are working on it.
